Print Management 

   Printer Management and Printing Management stand for controlling the print devices, printer queues and print documents. 
   The Printer Management is subject to configuring. The first step includes setting the printer’s parameters like Logic and Physical device. The Current Management means using options like Pause, Resume, Cancel All Documents, Reset, etc.
   The Printing Management is oriented to the print documents from the printer’s queue. The used operations for controlling the print documents are Pause, Resume, Restart, Cancel, Copy, Paste, Save, Load, Open, Preview.

Print Monitoring

   Print Monitoring means observation of all events that concerns the printing from the user’s or printer’s point of view. The printer monitoring includes constant observation of the current state of the printers and the history of the events that appeared on the printer. The user monitoring includes gathering information about the number of the users with set print quota, number of those that exceeded the quota, etc. The Print Monitoring is requisite mainly to track the printing process all the time. This way the time for reaction when problem occurs is being minimized.
